Tuition Rates & Policies

To view a summary of 2023 – 2024 tuition and fees, please click here: 2023-24 Tuition and Fee Schedule

Each school year all families enter a contract with ACS whereby they are financially obligated to pay the FULL annual tuition for their child to attend the school, regardless of withdrawal or inability to pay.

The Tuition Protection Plan provides peace of mind for families who cannot or do not wish to be exposed to the possible loss of thousands of dollars in tuition charges. Without the TPP, parents will be responsible for 100% of tuition even if an unforeseen circumstance, withdrawal, dismissal or expulsion occurs.

The Tuition Protection Plan is mandatory for all monthly and bi-annual payment plans. All families whose accounts are paid in full by June 5th are highly encouraged to purchase the TPP to protect their tuition investment should a qualifying event occur.

Without the TPP, parents will be responsible for 100% of tuition even if an unforeseen circumstance, withdrawal, dismissal or expulsion occurs.

Tuition Payment Options

Option 1:  SINGLE PAYMENT PLAN: Payment will be drafted through F.A.C.T.S. by June 5th

Option 2:  TWO PAYMENTS PLAN: 1st payment will be drafted through F.A.C.T.S. on or before June 5th and 2nd payment drafted by February 20th.

Option 3: MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: 10 months starting in June; 1 payment per month on the: 5th or 20th; No drafts in January & May

NOTE: If a 10 month payment plan is selected, the 1st monthly draft begins in June and the final draft will be in April. Drafts will occur in the following months:June thru December, then February, March and April. Therefore the final monthly draft will be in April instead of May. This is to help families enroll in ACS for the upcoming school year.

All K & 12th grade accounts must be paid in full by graduation/end of year ceremonies.

F.A.C.T.S. monthly plan is drafted from a personal checking or savings account.  All payments MUST be received in this manner.

ACS reserves the right to dismiss a student if payments are not made in a timely manner or through the F.A.C.T.S. program.  Credit cards can be used by calling F.A.C.T.S.

Tuition Protection Plan

When unforeseen qualifying events occur, make sure that your tuition is protected!

Why do you need The TPP?

The TPP provides peace of mind for families who cannot or do not wish to be exposed to the possible loss of thousands of dollars in tuition charges.  Each school year all families enter a contract with ACS whereby they are financially obligated to pay the full annual tuition for their child to attend the school, regardless of withdrawal or inability to pay.  If your son or daughter experiences a qualifying event, the TPP will waive your tuition obligation (subject to the terms of the plan) to the school on your behalf to help you meet your existing obligation.

Must I participate in the TPP?

NEW THIS YEAR: The Tuition Protection Plan is mandatory for all monthly and bi-annual payment plans.

What is the cost of the TPP?

The cost of the Tuition Protection Plan is $150 per student.  Payment is due with submission of the enrollment contract. For more information on the Tuition Protection Plan, click here.

What happens if we need to do an early withdrawal?
The early withdrawal period begins at Contract submission and ends on June 30th. A per student withdrawal penalty of $500 will be assessed for students withdrawing on or before June 30. All registration fees that have been paid are non-refundable and do not count as the $500 early withdrawal fee.
Financial Aid
ACS Financial aid for the 2022-2023 school year has passed. Financial Aid for the 2023-2024 school year has not opened yet. (Students must be enrolled for the school year in which you are applying for financial aid.) Note: ACS Financial aid is not the same as ACE & ARETE Scholarships. For more information about ACS Financial aid, please contact the school.

We also accept ACE Scholarships and ARETE Scholarships. For information on the ACE Scholarship, please click here.  For information on the ARETE Scholarship, please click here.

  6. As with all new ACS students, home school students must take a placement test before enrolling at ACS.

*Acadiana Christian School reserves the right to place a student on probation (length determined by administration) upon enrollment for the purposes of evaluating whether the student will fit into the rigors of our curriculum.
