Each year ACS hosts one theatre performance by our middle and high schools performing arts students with a pre-show performed by our Elementary Choir students.
Theatre Program
Middle and high school students have a yearly opportunity to perform in the ACS Theatre Program. Upper level students selected for performing roles will enroll in Choir as an elective course. Choir students meet regularly for rehearsal of the upcoming production. Other opportunities to participate outside of performing roles include set design and sound and lighting production.
Christmas Musical
Each winter our Performing Arts students present a full, theatrical production in celebration of the Christmas season. Our most recent performance was “I’ll be Home for Christmas”. Performance and production roles are filled by our middle and high school students, with a handful of special roles for elementary students when a younger person is needed.
